Certain lagginess experienced in this sub-forum

Recently, I realised that when I go into GI Joe General Discussion, I experienced a certain lagginess when trying to scroll down the forum. The page will lag for 1 second per scroll down for 2 or 3 times. 

I don't experience this in MPQ forum. So, I think it could be specify to this  sub-forum. I'm using mobile phone on Android.
