Bug when replacing token creature [Fix in 4.4]

I have 3 creature A, B and C under my control. When I cast (or summon) creature D and after selected a token creature A to be replaced, that token creature A is removed from field but the game ask me to select a creature to replace.
If I select other creature B, B is replaced. Which mean that I get D and lost A, B.
If I select "Not now", I doesn't have creature D and creature A is already lost.
