Game will not load passed title screen

in GI Joe Bugs & Technical Issues
since new update game unplayable for me. Was able to get in last night but crashed every 2 minutes. Will not even load without crashing now. I’m on latest version of iOS for iPad. Tried deleting and reinstalling and no improvement.
