Retro latest revamp

Well it looks like 5* chars will be released at fast pace as it is doing now. That will leave a majority of players unable to champ a latest char even if they were really interested on it.
On that stage my suggestion is once per week, or month, to release a retro latest legends following strictly the order in when they were released. 
That way players will know in advance when will appear the char they wanted to complete, and if they get one of the others available they will appreciate it more because surely they pulled for them too.
