Super-Skrull's "Force Multiplier" sometimes destroys less than a 3x3 block of tiles

I've noticed that Super-Skrull's green power sometimes seems to target an edge tile and destroy a 2x3 block, rather than the full 9 tiles the power description would indicate.

Based on the power description, I would expect it to behave similar to 3* Punisher, and always destroy a 3x3 block of tiles.
