Kinnan, Bonder Prodigy only giving +1 mana boost regardless of the number of permanents[As Designed]

My undersanding of how Kinnan should work is that for every nontoken creature and support on the board your mana bonus will increase +1 in each colour that card is. So having Kinnan and 2 monogreen creatures would give +3 to green and +1 to blue. In practice what I am seeing is +1 per colour if I have a card of that colour but no more. Perhaps I am misunderstanding the intent of the ability. Would appreciate clarity one way or the other.

    GD Answer: "Kinnan should only increase each mana bonus a single time, for each color you among the colors you have in play."
