Please remove lockout timer for support swapping

The new Welcome to S.H.I.E.L.D. event was wonderful, and encouraged experimentation and puzzle-solving at a level that 4* players just don't get to otherwise experience in this game. Also a terrific feeling of accomplishment when finally beating those 5* nodes.

I absolutely hope we can get more of this kind of content, but it really exposed the limitation of having to wait 2 hours before we can swap supports to try a new approach.

I'm not sure what behavior that timeout is meant to discourage, but since supports are PvE only, I hope you can reconsider just making them openly swappable.
