Cast a spell using Escape doesnot trigger Jaya Ballard's Major Professional Destruction [Fix in 4.4]

I noticed this while playing Escape Velocity while the Major Professional Destruction support was in play.  No spells were drawn (it was obvious as my hand was empty at the time).
