Apocalypse's Stun Immunity - when should it end?

Should Apocalypse lose his stun immunity as soon as any mutant ally is downed?  or stunned or sent Airborne?

If you down his mutant ally, you cannot stun him on the same turn.  You need to wait another turn to do it.

It is unclear if this is working as intended.

5* Professor X black also says "active" but I dont believe its reduced when allies are stunned - would need to test.

Rogue and OML say "still in the fight".

Apocs stun immunity appears to be calculated at the start of turn rather than checked when an ability resolves.   Every time a character is downed (or stunned / airborne if that's intended) the check should run again.  Doc Oc and Scarlet Witch should stun if his allies are downed from the damage component of their abilities.
