Please change the order for Riot cards

When you cast a card with Riot you are prompted to pick +1/+1 or Haste then prompted to choose to cast or dismiss if there isn't an available slot. I'd like to see this reversed since if I already know I'm not going to cast the card I don't like having to choose the buff first just to not cast the card. Thank you.
