Manual/alternate login methods

Is there any way to manually log into the game if the FB login is down?  Is there a way to convert an account from a FB login to a non-FB login? Once in FB, are you just locked in for life? I guess the perk is to be able to log in through different devices and everything is synchronized, but it's odd that there's no manual override.  Just curious!

Customer service can help you with this! Yes, you are correct, you will only be able to play on one device. I do not play using Fb. I had them transfer my profile when I switched to an iPad. Took about a day iirc.
