Bounty of Might plays with no target [Fix in 4.4]

I put Bounty of Might in a deck and it cast itself despite there being no target (no creatures on either side of the board).
I played a few more times and was able to repeat this effect. I guess I can mute the card but a spell with no target shouldn't cast.
