Zaxara, the Exemplary tokens bugged [Fixed]

The card reads: When you cast a card with Stored Mana, create an Evergrowing Hydra token. Then, that creature gets +x/+x, X is that card's Stored Mana.

It works sometimes, but it frequently is not adding the +x/+x properly, and in some cases is actually subtracting from the power/toughness.  I can't figure out what it's actually doing.

    This may or may not be related, but if you happen to have Divine Visitation out when Zaxara makes a token, it doesn't get the power/toughness boost.  Now I wouldn't necessarily expect it to boost the angel, but the way it is worded I think it should.
