Gideon's Triumph and Bo4T pt. 2 3.1 node [Fix in 4.4]

When Gideon's Triumph destroys enemy creatures against the Golden Guardian -- 3.1, it is not counting towards the "Kill 3 or more creatures during a single fight" objective.  (This is a destroy, and not an exile.)

The objective states, in a single fight, since Gideon’s Triumph destroys a creature in the enemy’s turn unless two other creatures die in that same turn, it won’t count towards the objective.

Sorry I don’t understand that reply. As you say- the objective states in a single fight but then you indicate that 3 creatures have to die in a single turn.

This is happening in HxB and the explanation above is confusing. What’s the difference between Gideon destroying a creature and, say, destroying a creature via Vigilance or Defender? Those count, right?
    EDIT: Yes, they do. https://i.imgur.com/bKnvfpv.mp4
