Ritual of the Returned / Kroxa endless loop [Fixed]

Currently people like to have fun with this "Ritual of the Returned / Kroxa" combo because the support returns Kroxa every time it dies to the battlefield without exiling itself. As long as the player has cards in hand it deals damage but than it does nothing and the only chance to stopp this, is the hope for the loop prevention system get rid of this - what it doesn't.

Please fix Ritual of the Returned as soon / as fast as possible, otherwise we will face this a lot in the next pvp coalition events.

Ritual of the Returned should exile itself right after destroying kroxa.
