VIP renewal past 12th month resets to vip 2 - again

Since I got my subscription past the 12th month it is reset to vip 2 instead of vip 13 or vip 14 (as is should be now).
Along with the VIP 2 rewind all vip 2 rewards are in my inbox including tier rewards and (of course) all vip offers that come along with the vip xx level are gone.
Meanwhile new tier levels (upto level 16) are added, but this reset to vip on subscription renwal is not fixed and very anoying.
This may happen more often to subscribers as the real first year since the vip system was installed ends on may 23rd, right?
