Number of cards on hand when freeze happened:

my side: 4
AI side: 5

Suspected cause of freeze: Bond of Insight tried to return 2 spells from Graveyard to AI’s hand, but AI’s hand had 5 cards and only 1 slot available.

I can concur that this happens. I reported a similar issue on March 20.
Bond of Insight will crash the game.
