5* Immortal Hulk not resurrecting at end of match

Was playing around with Immortal hulk and thanos pairing. If match ends via "court death" by Thanos and hulk is downed, he is not being resurrected despite the banner for the resurrection power being displayed as triggered. Double checked my roster and hulk was indeed listed as downed.
Tried this interaction a second time with the same result.
