Urza orb converting and activated gems lead to a softlock [Fixed]

This issue was already reported prior to 4.1 and still exists.

While converting the given number of orbs to blue and destroying matched orbs that includes an activated gem leads to a softlock. This can be tested in combination with this rare land that generates activated blue gems for card draw.
