Cannot claim event coins from Cobra side

It doesnt show the green button to claim them and if go to the rewards and claim them it will show me a network error and load again.
I could only claim the coins from the Joe side.

We have an update that players are indeed earning the Silver Coins from the Cobra Faction but their is currently a display error. Please see updated FAQ for more info. Thank you again for your patience.

I was not able to collect them.
First the game has bugs and issues and now they just say players indeed collected them.
It shouldnt be like that in the first place.

Please submit a ticket to customer support and they can look into it further for you to see if there are any further errors preventing your account to collect the coins. From tests and communication with other players, it looks like players collected all the coins when they initially collected the rewards.
