Skystorm VS Mamba - helos should target each other first

When attacking, the Skystorm will target ground targets and Shrikes before it targets the Mamba even when the Mamba is shooting at you. You end up losing like 3 Skystorms to take down one Mamba. Happened more than once. It makes no sense and other than Bazooka there are no other Joe units that target air units directly (Scarlett can control a missile turret). It never happens when I use the Mamba because I take out the Skystorm with a controlled missile turret. One shot. Frustrating.
