Blue conversion STILL causing app crashes [Can’t reproduce]

HoD event and I've lost 4 matches to blue conversion crashes. One was using gates only, no urza or Storm the vault. I thought this was fixed? Very disappointing considering this has been an issue for months now.

    I just had this happen in a TG using storm the vault. I didn't think it was that big of a conversion; however, the game crashed and exited.

    If y'all give me a few more details re: deck lists PW used I can try to help . since the last update I haven't had any issues and I run urza and stv with swindle so I get a ton of conversion's
