Is it planed  that update is already on iOs and not on android or is it some kind of playstore bug?

    It looks like Google Play is taking longer to propagate than usual.  It's in the system to go live, just waiting for when it to arrive.  We apologize for the delay and hope it's live soon.

    I downloaded the update to my iPad and it's very unstable. Game crashes when I try to do practically anything.  Build a building, open cargo, switch factions, open the map.
