Daxos vs Kalemne Event: Where is it?

We're two weeks into the update during which a new set is supposed to be released, but its nowhere in sight. Shouldn't the new event have dropped in the week of the update, with it's new set? It's like the update hasn't really arrived. Maybe just a little. We can go into the cards list and look at the set for the first 2 weeks but not be able to acquire the cards... When is it going to happen?
