Rocket Salvo Range Circles Joe vs Cobra

So how far are rocket turrets supposed to reach? Seems like they can hit things on the other side of the field, while on the other hand they're range is listed as being slightly longer than heavy artillery.

Joe side, the rockets and heavy artillery have one range circle, while the cobra side has two circles. The inner circle should be the artillery "blind spot".
