Backlog of attacks showing up all of a sudden

1) I haven’t been notified in my log of being attacked in a full day.   All of a sudden I get a backlog of 11 attacks total on my base that were not there before.
2) also many of these attacks look like duplicates, as the same player attacked exactly at the same time.   ie-same time there are two entries saying that “so and so player” attacked twice and I lost 20 trophies both times
3) this happened on both Joe and Cobra, as I had another 8 attacks on Cobra Faction

Photo links of each and every attack that all of a sudden appeared.  Look how each set of two attacks in the list are at the same time.  they are also from the same player, yet i lost 20 trophies each time

It just happened again.   No double hit from same person, but all the attacks that hadn’t shown up in last 24hrs all of a sudden appeared.   I’ve logged in multiple times in that span of time.  Screenshot links included
