Maggot Event Buyout box - buying 1500 (5) only getting 4

I bought the Maggot 1500 buyout box twice and only got 4 items both times instead of the 5 I was supposed to get. Has this happen to anyone else?

    One thing to keep in mind on these pulls is if you get two of the same kind of item, they'll be stacked in your results screen as a single item. 

    For example if you got two of the x12 Experimental Enhancers from your pulls they will display in your results as a single x24 Experimental Enhancers item. In this case it would look like you got 4 items instead of 5.
