Starfield Mystic [Investigating]

Starfield Mystic states "While this creature is on the battlefield, your Enchantments cost 2 less to cast. Whenever an Enchantment you control is put into a graveyard from play, this creature gets +3/+3."

There are two bugs with this card: first, while it correctly reduces the cost of creatures with the Enchantment subtype, it does not get +3/+3 when a creature with the Enchantment subtype that you control goes to the graveyard.

Secondly, Enchantments in your hand that have had their casting cost reduced by Starfield Mystic continue to have that reduced cost even after the Mystic leaves play.
