Placement rewards nerf for t100 in scl10?

Did the t100 placement rewards for scl10 get nerfed for the Maria Hill release?  I seem to remember t100 would get you two covers for the last 4* release.  Now you only get one.  Am I remembering this wrong?

     Not sure, but t200 was and still is the first place you get a complete cover. I think it’s the same as Karnak’s run.
