Fblthp (played by AI) caused softlock after activating ability "Also Lost" [Investigating]

AI's turn. drew card and activates "Also Lost". Softlock.
My hand was clear, AI's hand was full. The log ios not showing the target of the ability, but my best guess is, it was opponents creature that was targeted and caused the softlock because the hand was already full.
Wasn't there time enough to fix those 7th card softlocks and app crashes introduced with 4.0?
