A slight change to ashiok's first, karn's second and Lord of the void's and Lazav'sabilities

Right now those abilities target the bottom of the stack, meaning that adding to the exile pile doesn't open new choices. They target the first in your graveyard or exile pile.

I think it would be more varied and fun to chance the first into last so they take from the newest cards in the pile. 

Also on a side note, I find the description first and last confusing here. Newest and oldest would explain things better
