Allow viewing alliance membership from the leaderboards

I'd like to be able to see the members of other alliances from the leader board screen.

We can already see what alliances people that are on the leader boards are in, but not the other way around.

We can also see the team memberships when not in an alliance prior to joining one, but have no visibility once on a team. People might want to consider leaving their current alliance without actually leaving their current alliance.
