The first ability of this encounter reads: Close to Midnight (9 loyalty): Destroy a support with 11 or more shield. Then, draw 3 cards and each card in your hand gains full mana.

This ability is triggered on his own supports (correct) with less than 11 shields (not correct), therefore giving him a very powerful ability. ALL of the cards in his hand get full mana. He should not be able to activate his ability if he doesn't have a support with 11 or more shields.
