Not getting VIP rewards on time

I have purchased four 30 day periods of VIP since it began. My most recent was a week ago and I did not get my after 7 days rewards. The Google Payments site where you can see when you purchased something, says I purchased my 30 days on Feb 11th, yet it was yesterday Feb 17th when the VIP section in the ingame vault crossed over from 23 days left to 22 days left. Technically 7 days hadn't even passed yet but the game tried to act like it had. I didn't get my 7 day rewards yesterday when that crossover to 22 days happened, nor did I recieve it today when a full 7 days since purchasing it according to Google Payments,  had passed. Also it says on Google Payments that my 30 days will be up on March 11th. That would mean I will only get 28 days out of my 30 day purchase because February only has 28 days in it and from Feb 11th, when I purchased the 30 days, to March 11th when it says it will renew, is only 28 days. If this is the case I will not recieve 2 days of VIP I should be getting, and there won't be a second of time after 28 days has passed for me to even get my "after 28 days" rewards. Why has this type of thing occurred with at least one of the 4 rewards within the 30 day period, for each of the four months I've purchased since VIP began? How is this still an issue? It's just some random bug, it's people getting what they paid for. Where are my rewards and why hasn't customer support responded yet? Why isn't there a phone number we can call, because our money is what's being stolen here.

I had this happen to me a few months ago, but fortunately support was able to straighten it out.
It definitely is absurd that this is still a problem though. I remember reading a few months back that a lot in this game has to be enabled manually, such as events or pack rotation.
If sending out VIP packs are also a manual process, I could understand how there might be mix ups.
But if there is a system in place (as there should be), it makes very little sense to me how there isn't a process to  set up a weekly schedule for each VIP customer and give them their rewards on time.

After giving it a bit more thought, it could be a small scale issue despite the gravity. Giving Oktagon the benefit of doubt, they are responsible for fielding a client for ~thousands of players with a functional VIP subsystem. A very small subset of those players might be paying for VIP. It's possible that a very small percentage i.e. <1-3% is actually affected.
Does that make it right? No, not a chance. Is it reasonable to assume that a system is imperfect and might dissatisfy players from time to time?  I think so.

Had this happen to me, too. About one and a half weeks ago, i think.

I contacted the Customer Support ingame, explained what had happened and their answer came the same day, they wanted some Info from me, like my UID, and the latest receipt from my store. The whole issue got resolved within maybe 24 hours and i got all the rewards for the whole months instantly from them, too.

You can also ask them to check your account in the coming months, just to make sure you receive everything in time. They offered this to me and i think i really am not that special. 😉

Give it a shot, you might be surprised how fast they can be when dealing with those kinds of issues.

    And good luck!
