AWR 2.3 - Harbinger of the Tides causes soft locks [Fix in 4.1]

Twice on 2.3 Harbinger caused me to soft lock. That's a lot of points lost in one event. I couldn't figure out how to add images so links to screenshots below.

    @Oktagon_Support I just had this creature try to bounce my Gerrard but it flickered.   And didn't return it to my hand now the only thing I can do is access the battle log.  Nothing more.  Event is rising tension.
