Disabling Cards Cast From Graveyard [Fix in 4.1]

When you disable a Beacon Bolt (possibly others, havent tested) cast from the graveyard you can no longer cast the spell on subsequent turns. There is no interface to enable. Clicking it in the graveyard just brings up a description of the card. This isnt related to any patch, I think it's just an overlooked scenario.
