Accept suggestions monthly

D3 should make a point of accepting something from the suggestions or the other branches of the forum at least once a month.

When a patch comes out, they should be able to point to a tweak, feature, or item and give a link to where it has been suggested / asked for / discussed.

For example, She-Hulk has been asked for, and she's in the queue. Several asked for Sentry. However, there should be more than that. The Character Discussions are chock full of good suggestions for adjusting characters. There have been many suggestions that would improve the game and would be easy to implement.

D3 claims to read all suggestions, but it certainly doesn't seem like it. If a suggestion was accepted and implemented at least monthly, then D3 could claim that they were paying attention to this forum.

If D3 isn't willing to accept any sort of input from the entire forum, then what is the point of it?

  • That's a great idea.

I have read through the old suggestions/feedback threads and it seems like they used to use quite a few of the suggestions that were given back in the beginning. I'm not quite sure why that changed. This is forum is full of FREE ideas that could improve so many aspects of the game, from the gameplay itself, to Quality of Life improvements, to better events, etc...
  • Well, of course they should *if* they aimed player satisfaction or something like that. Do you think they are after that?

What does this accomplish for them?

They are accepting forum input though: you can see it pretty clearly with the way they're rotating cover awards. I think the problem is that a lot of the suggestions are asking for things that they are unwilling/do not want to change, such as cover pack pricing (which now is supposedly better for their revenue, which is a business decision and shouldn't be heavily influenced by forum people), scaling/MMR changes, etc. It isn't that they're unwilling to listen, it's that they don't want to implement most of our ideas, which is fine since a game company can't really do that due to their being a lot of bad ideas.
