In any game there are bound to be issues, I just want to say I think that while the acknowledgement could have been a tad quicker, the way you guys handled this situation was really spot on for a first fire drill. The resolution was appropriate (just "unclaim" everyone's progression reward status) and the extra diamonds were a nice touch.
