When Emry, Lurker of the Loch, summoned Combustible Gearhulk, Combustible Gearhulk did not draw three cards.
The same issue happened when Emry summoned Skysovereign. Skysovereign did not deal 5 damage to my opponent's field.
Both of those cards read "When this creature enters the battlefield <effect>".
They do not require a hard cast.

    I’m consistently experiencing the same issue with Tezz, Master of the Bridge’s third ability  Used it to summon cards like Meteor Golem (with opposing creatures on the board) and Golos  (with a land in deck to grab) and they did not trigger on entering. 

    This seems to be a newer issue, since ELD dropped maybe - using his ult to play a couple meteor golems definitely used to be a very effective strategy for me. Interesting that these issues are from different effects yet both target artifacts specifically so I’m guessing they’re related somehow.
