[Investigating] In game chat delay

I've noticed when sending in game Alliance Chat, I don't see the messages I've personally sent without leaving the game and coming back.

    Occasionally if I scroll the main chat up, my recent comment is "hiding" at the bottom of the chat window after I have sent it
