Fires of Invention "Cast" / Overall "Cast" Issue

Fires of invention will disable all cards in hand even if cards are not "cast".
Kykar, Winds Fury's "create" spirit token counts as "cast". Also battlelog shows as "cast".
Bolas3 (Nicol Bolas, Dragon-God PW) 1st ability "Gathering Sparks" support counts as "cast".
This should not be the case. These things are not cast. They should bypass "cast" and not cause fires of invention to disable all cards in hand.
Please create a new category for the "create" function. Thank you.
