ELD vanguard elite packs are empty

With the rotation, the ELD VG elite pack appears but it's empty for me on android. 

IPhone coalition members do see cards but android doesn't. 

Still on 3.9.1 but no update yet either.

Could your iPhone teammates share the cards they are seeing at all please? I’m on iPhone and have no cards visible or update available

I’m on IOS fully updated version of app and IOS. App has been restarted and no cards visible in the ELD vanguard pack.

BTW no vanguard cards are to be found in the “cards” section of the app. Perhaps a data push has gone wrong?

@update - finally the cards are and PW is visible in the app.
