unable to add photos to the help chat

whenever i select a photo to add to the help chat it basically freezes the app. cant send the photo. is this my phone or the chat?

The team is aware of an issue where certain Apple devices are unable to attach screenshots using the in-app contact method. If you are unable to attach screenshots using the in-app contact method, you should email Customer Support instead at: mpqsupport@d3go.com

You should be able to attach your screenshots using the email method.
