Kaya's Wrath uncastable if you do not control a creature

I see absolutely no reason why I can't play a boardwipe without a creature of my own on the field.

And Kaya's Wrath has no targets, so there is no reason it should every be uncastable, even on an empty board.

Come on guys, this almost cost me a match.
