Transfer of shards from a max-champ character

Three times now, I had my TH on a level 265 3* trying to accelerate that last LT, only to pull the cover naturally from another token.

A large number of shards are now essentially useless, since it will be a LONG time, if ever, for their duplicate characters to be in a position where they're the most valuable place to TH again.

I realize that I can avoid that risk by moving the TH when it's one away from the goal I actually want to achieve, but that feels really wrong. I was chasing current characters, needed as many LTs as I could get, and did succeed in the goal of fully covering Iceman and PX, so it was worth the risk. But wasted resources are always pretty annoying.
