Enhanced Surveillance has no subtype. In paper MTG, it is an Enchantment.

Field of Ruin has no subtype. In paper MTG, it is a Land.

Path of Mettle has no subtype. ........................

Additionally, there are small minority of other supports in MTGPQ which have no subtype at all. This is generally because in the transition from paper they were converted from creatures (e.g. Hixus, Blightcaster), instants (e.g. Insidious Will, Jace's Defeat), or sorceries (e.g. Nissa's Pilgrimage). Would it not make sense to give these supports a subtype in MTGPQ? I would suggest 'Enchantment'.

Dragon Egg has the subtype 'Dragon'.
