Menu system crashing in v3.9

Hiya, is anyone else getting this problem? Usually happens when unlocking my phone, when I'm somewhere in the menu system. I get a SWW error, over this screen. Can only be solved by restarting the app.
I get this problem maybe once a day. It's very common.
