Mistcaller or oath of teferi causing locks

I play mistcaller and oath of teferi in my Nicol Bolas the ravager deck and i get locked up about every 4 or 5 matches
 I cant quite pin down the cause but it seems that these two cards cause problems after a cteature dies.

    Happened again. Mistcaller was out, oath of teferi was triggered, game locks up on opponents turn. Loop control comes up but doesnt let you end the loop.

    Baral, chief of compliance
    Whispers of emrakul
    Metamorphic alteration
    Desert of the mindful
    Infernal reckoning
    Behold the beyond
    To the slaughter
    Oath of Teferi
    Aetherflux reservoir

    Also infernal reckoning sometimes casts on its own without a target.
