Fables of Eldraine question (Giant Opportunity objective)

So I am befuddled by this one.

Objective is "Cast 3 or more creatures with a cost of 0 or more" seems easy enough but nothing is taking.

Have pulled/cast them from library via Cord of Calling, back from the graveyard via Concoct and as a last resort cast them from my hand and I am still staring at 0/3 on the objective.

Create costs are 7, 16 and 13 so unless that is supposed to be 20 instead of 0 I am unclear on what we are doing here
