Mana from cascades you create during your opponent’s turn

For as long as I can remember, any mana cascades I’ve created during Greg’s turn - for example, having zacama killed and bounced back with journey to eternity, or if they force a draw while I have Avaricious Dragon out -  would end up going to my hand. 

I just forced my opponent to draw with Ob vanguard while they had Avaricious Dragon out, and its ability created a few cascades that ended up filling my hand instead of theirs. Kinda leaves me scratching my head - could someone confirm if this is an intended change or not?
